Frequently asked questions.

  • A lot like having a house built or commissioning custom artwork, there’s no set standard and it depends on a lot of different things including size, placement, detail, color, but ultimately it comes down to the time it will take to complete your tattoo.

The time it takes is also dependent on differing variables such as your skin type and age, hydration levels, sun damage, how well you can keep from moving during the tattoo, etc…

These reasons are why I generally opt for using an hourly rate system, it simplifies things greatly while keeping it fair for everyone! Very small tattoos can be quoted easily, but otherwise I use the following hourly rate:

    • Full day/8 hours- $1k ($125 per hour)

    • Half day/4 hours- $600 ($150 per hour)

    • Per hour- $175

  • Pain is subjective and varies depending on your pain tolerance, the area being tattooed, and the size of the design. Generally, areas with more flesh and muscle are less painful than bone-heavy areas, although the inner bicep and areas near the armpit or back of the knee are considered fairly painful.

  • You can book your appointment online using the link here:

Alternatively you can always swing by the shop to schedule and talk with me about your tattoo ideas.

  • To set and hold your appointment time I require a deposit of $100, for full day appointments the deposit is $300. If you change your mind or something comes up you can reschedule or cancel without loss of your deposit if done 48+ hours before the appointment time.

  • As long as you aren’t within 48 hours of your appointment time feel free to send me an email at:

  • For sure! Between appointments I try to fit in smaller walk-ins when time allows, but I do recommend scheduling an appointment to guarantee that you can get your tattoo done when you come in, especially for designs that I will need to draw up.

  • Get plenty of rest, stay hydrated, eat a good meal and shower beforehand, and avoid alcohol or drugs. Wear comfortable clothing that allows easy access to the area being tattooed and make sure to bring some entertainment for yourself if you’ll be sitting for a long session.

  • I prefer to work on adults over the ago of 18, but am willing, at my discretion, to tattoo what I consider to be reasonable designs for minors 16+ with a completed and notarized consent form as the Florida Health Department requires.

  • My natural abilities and skills are geared towards black and gray, realism, portraits, as well as fine line and detailed work. My favorite styles to tattoo are anime and manga, traditional Japanese and Americana.
